The site organization is driven by functions and programs, rather than by the organizational structure of the agency.  We believe this will make it easier for those who are unfamiliar with our internal structure to find what they need on our site.

Why we made this change: 

• We wanted to make it easier for people to find the information they need. 

• We wanted our site to be fully accessible to people with disabilities.  This site meets the requirements of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.

• We wanted to be sure our content is always up to date.  To accomplish this, we have implemented an entirely new content management system to help us ensure you have the most current information available whenever you visit this site.
